Nothing puts a bigger smile on my face than helping people achieve their goals through hard work and determination. Hello! I am Joseph Zacharia! and I am passionate about helping you identify your fitness goals, and reach your ultimate potential through a holistic approach to fitness and health making you, feel and look great! My goal is to build a community of healthy individuals one person at a time in a manner that is both effective and fun.

My journey started as a teenager who visited the gym with friends to pass time. But soon, I identified this as my true calling and passion. I was drawn into this world of physical and mental transformation and a healthy lifestyle. I have not looked back, ever since!

The human body is a miracle - a wonderful machine - that when managed and maintained can take you through a beautiful journey of mind, body, and soul transformation. I strive to ensure you finish every workout session being in love with yourself and your body. I welcome you to join me to help you achieve your fitness goals with the right kind of guidance and motivation.

1. Customized training:

There is no one-size-fits-all way of training for a specific goal, so every client's programming will consist of a different blend of corrective exercise, strength training, mobility/stability work and additional elements. Above all, your mental wellbeing is a top priority for me!

More than just getting you into shape, I will also help you with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from an injury, and sports-specific training. I will be your accountability buddy that will keep you focused, motivated and remind you of why you want to exercise!

3. Deliver fitness, weight loss and nutrition programs:

You and I will discuss personalized nutrition needs to give you a better understanding of basic topics including calorie management and macronutrients, establish daily water goals, avoiding processed foods and breaking bad habits and barriers of your fitness goals. Together, we will formulate a strategy for how to incorporate healthy habits realistically and sustainably into your everyday life.

4. Injury Prevention:

As your personal trainer it is my job to ensure you are exercising correctly by using proper biomechanics, accurate techniques and ensuring safety. Even if you have old injuries, I can help you to find the root cause work around them and stop them from getting worse and ensure they do not flare up.

5. Setting you up to win:

As I specialize in muscle patterns, I can develop a cross-training program that can help you increase your speed, strength and agility and prepare you to win any specific event you are training for, be it in sport or life!
